| When a written report is not required and an oral explanation will sufice, you can opt for a visual inspection. In case of a visual inspection we charge standard rate, as stated above, minus € 100,00. To calculate our priority rate please add € 125,00 to our standard rate. |

Delivery Time |
| The standard delivery time for a report is 5 working days. In the case of a emergency inspection our inspector will give an immediate verbal explanation, if the client is present during the inspection, the report will be sent within 24 hours by e-mail and will also be sent within this time by post. |
